Teri Erickson
FOUNDER/PRESIDENT
Teri Erickson is a dynamic leader with a leadership track record that spans the corporate world, non-profit organizations, and church ministry. She is the CEO of System Technology, Inc., a manufacturing company in the Chicagoland area which she calls her “mission field” and unashamedly demonstrates faith-based leadership in the corporate world.
Teri has a business degree in Organizational Leadership, has served on numerous non-profit boards, and is the women's ministry leader at her church. Her heart for Kingdom work beats strongest in her role at 58 Foundation, where she passionately responds to her calling rooted in Isaiah 58.
Outside of her professional and ministry roles, Teri is the proud matriarch of a large, blended family that includes eight grown children (his, hers, and ours) and three grandsons. Her life is a testament to her generous heart and profound passion for pursuing Jesus.

Audra Smith
CREATIVE DIRECTOR/ BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In her twenty-five years as a pastor’s wife, Audra served in a multitude of roles, including event planner, curriculum creator, social media and outreach team, women’s ministry leader, worship leader, and student ministry director. She was involved in two church rebrands, taking lead on the second, where her logos and designs continue to be used.
Audra’s unique storytelling style, heart for the hurting, and passion for pointing people to Jesus has impacted women around the world through what she calls her “accidental ministry,“ The Pastor’s Widow.
Currently, she is Director of Corporate Giving at System Technology, Inc., manages 58 Foundation and moonlights as a grief coach, writer and women’s speaker.
Audra has two adopted sons and three biological daughters, as well as a daughter in Heaven with her daddy.

Corinne Mitcheff
DIRECTOR OF MINISTRY EXPERIENCE
A host at heart, Corinne loves to create an environment where relationships can form and flourish. With her eye for detail and care for people, making events memorable and enjoyable for all guests is her specialty.
She received a BSBA from Liberty University in 2019 and married her best friend a year later. Apart from her career role as Operations Manager at STI, Corinne finds joy in serving the Lord and His kingdom as a ministry leader and worship team member at her local church. She is especially passionate about marriage and community. It is no surprise that Corinne's favorite verse is 2 Peter 3:14, as she makes every effort to live a peaceful, pure, and blameless life, motivating those around her to do the same.
In addition to travel and adventure, Corinne and her husband, Kory, love to host worship nights and game nights in their home.

Debbie Del Priore
SPIRITUAL CARE DIRECTOR
Debbie is passionate about all things people and Jesus. She cares for your soul because Jesus has faithfully cared for hers.
After 20 years in corporate America, the trajectory of Debbie’s life was changed when God called her husband to leave his vocation to become a pastor. She’d be the first to tell you that she is not “pastor’s wife material," yet she counts it a privilege to serve the Lord in that way and has humbly served alongside her husband in their local church for the past 14 years.
Debbie loves the ocean and the sun, cooking and laughter, and she deeply loves her people. At every opportunity, she will encourage and cheer you on and may occasionally drag you into an impromptu prayer session.
Her two greatest loves are being a wife to her soulmate of 27 years and being a mom to their greatest gift this side of Heaven.

Connie Sylvester
EVENT DIRECTOR
Motivated by a love for people and a desire to bless them, Connie is a dynamic event manager with over 25 years of experience in event planning, organization and execution. Her impressive resume includes hosting Princess Diana at a Cancer Foundation gala, as well as twelve years of marketing for People Magazine and In Style Magazine. Connie’s events have spanned seven states and a variety of venues, from schools and churches to Wrigley Field and The Drake Hotel.
For the last nine years, Connie has been the Family Office Coordinator for Ozinga, currently serving as Executive Assistant to Tim Ozinga.
By far, her favorite job is being Mom to her four adult children and Nani to her six beloved grandchildren.

Steph Reynolds
DIRECTOR OF PARTNERS AND PROMOTIONS
The love of Jesus exudes from Steph and she is passionate to spread His hope and love to every soul she encounters. Through the heavy trials of her own personal life, she has drawn closer to her Savior, knowing He is near to the broken-hearted and that He will never forsake her. For the past 6 years, she has worked in Christian media as an on-air personality and director of development. Previously, she worked in children’s ministry at her church and enjoyed teaching little ones about their great Creator.
Steph is an enthusiastic mom to her three teens—her greatest gifts on earth—who hold her heart. She is excited to be instrumental in the empowering of Christian women, encouraging them in the most vital relationship of life’s journey.

Lori Buxton
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
For more than 20 years, driven by a love for people and for the Lord, Lori has been actively involved in serving underserved neighborhoods in frontline ministry, as well as ministering in the local church as a children's pastor, worship leader, and women's ministry director,
Professionally, Lori has carried her passion and purpose into early childhood education, working for nearly 30 years to build bridges between the community and the church. She currently directs a national non-profit, supporting care and excellence in early education.
Lori and her husband, Mark, live in Texas, where they have been blessed with four children and seven grandchildren. Together, they enjoy fishing, football, baseball, and introducing people to the love and hope of Jesus!

Michael Smith
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Michael (affectionately known as “Smitty”) has been a trusted member of the System Technology, Inc. family for twenty-four years, most recently serving as Vice President. He holds a BS in Computer Networking and has a tremendous heart for the Lord and for people, making him an invaluable addition to our 58 Foundation team.
In his spare time, Smitty volunteers as a mentor through KidsHope, a non-profit organization that facilitates mentoring relationships with at-risk children through a church-school partnership. He also plays guitar on the Worship Team at his local church.
A committed family man, Michael has been married to Denise for seventeen years and is "Dad" to two daughters and a son.
